Questions from facility teams
Who is PicklPass for?
Clubs and facilities running pickleball leagues, organized sessions, and Open Play. Facility staff manage programming; players use a free player portal.
Can players enter scores themselves?
Yes. Players can submit league scores from the portal. Opponents can confirm or dispute them, and staff can resolve disputes. Printable scoresheets remain available for sessions that prefer paper.
What is available in beta?
Handwritten scoresheet photo extraction is Beta and requires staff review before scores are applied. Autopilot is Private Beta, enabled separately for participating clubs. Its automatic mode is also labeled Beta. These are distinct from the core league, screening, and scoring workflows.
Do players need a native app?
The player portal works in a browser and can be installed as a web app. This page does not depend on an iOS or Android store launch; ask us about current native-app availability during your demo.
How does pricing work?
PicklPass has facility subscriptions and a free player portal. Paid registrations and paid substitute spots carry a 2.5% PicklPass platform fee plus Stripe processing fees. See current plans for subscription and add-on pricing. Private betas and Courtside access require separate activation; requesting a demo does not start a subscription.
