2,000+ league games every month. ~250 players every week. One software stack.
LTP Pickleball runs its entire league program on PicklPass: every format, every court, more than 24,000 league games a year, at a scale that wouldn't have been possible by hand.
A purpose-built club, built for serious league play.
LTP Pickleball opened in January 2025 in Easton, MA: a purpose-built facility (eight properly-lit courts, a full bar) built by three families: the Lockes, the Texeras, and the Puskars. The L, T, and P in LTP.
Kris Puskar leads the pickleball programming side. He'd been running his own league formats locally for years before LTP, and had evaluated other league software while planning the facility. Nothing on the market could run the formats he wanted to run, and the user experience didn't hold up to what he needed to put in front of players or staff.
So LTP's first three seasons (Winter, Spring, and Summer 2025) ran on the manual stack: handwritten court sheets, spreadsheets for scheduling, court assignments, and stats, and manual DUPR entry. Top leagues were already the full shape (eight courts, five players per court), but the number of concurrent leagues was capped by what could be administered by hand: over 3 hours per league per week, before the error rate that comes with that much manual handling.

“Handwritten court sheets, spreadsheets for scheduling, manually entering matches into DUPR, lots of manual labor, and it all increased the likelihood of human error.”
In August 2025, PicklPass replaced the spreadsheets, the court sheets, and the manual DUPR entry.
Every format LTP runs, in one stack
Ladder, Round Robin, Pod, and Trios: every format LTP runs, in one stack instead of five tools. MLP's there when they want it.
Balanced courts in minutes, not hours
Auto-generated matchups, printed scoresheets, tracked scores. What used to be 3+ hours of court-sheet work per league happens in minutes.
DUPR on their terms
Ratings sync in. LTP pushes about half their leagues to DUPR (the competitive ones) and skips the rest. That's 9,000+ verified matches and counting, on their call.
Their ~250 weekly players, in the loop
Live standings, court assignments, and a free player portal, so LTP's ~250 weekly players see where they're playing without anyone texting them.
When DUPR launched the DUPR Reset in March 2026, they highlighted LTP as one of the clubs showing how a facility should be running structured, level-accurate league play through the transition.
“LTP has become known locally as a highly competitive club where levels are properly enforced and events are well organized. Players are drawn to the facility because they know they will find quality competition and reliable ratings.”
LTP's league program (ladders, round robins, pods, and trios) runs end-to-end on PicklPass, with verified results syncing straight to DUPR.

Every format LTP runs, in one stack. .
“The more automation we have behind us, the more willing we are to run different formats. Trios and MLP are leagues we'd never have taken on without it.”
Admin isn't the bottleneck anymore. Programming ambition is.
What LTP's program has produced on PicklPass
Players come from 90+ towns. 299 of them have competed in three or more different LTP leagues. That's what stickiness looks like.
30+ hours of weekly admin, gone.
Before PicklPass, each league cost over 3 hours per week to administer by hand: court sheets, scheduling, court assignments, stats, manual DUPR entry. Across LTP's program, that's 30+ hours every week. PicklPass removes them.
Those hours get spent on the work that actually grows a club: more leagues, more formats, more tournaments, more time with players, instead of court sheets and DUPR entry.

“PicklPass has been the best investment we've made in technology for our leagues. Before, I spent my time running leagues manually; now I use that time figuring out how to create more revenue for the club.”
Less time on league admin means more time on the only thing that compounds: participation.
Owner-operators
Ownership is also running the programming.
PicklPass takes the highest-leverage hours in the building off the spreadsheet and puts them back into growing the business: partnerships, new formats, member experience, the next bet.
The LTP shape. 30+ hours a week, redirected.
Funded clubs with a programming team
Owner sets the vision; a Director of Pickleball runs it.
A defensible, professional league product without growing headcount, and clear visibility for ownership into what's actually running. For the programming lead, admin stops being the job: reclaimed hours go into recruiting, retention, community, and on-court presence.
A programming lead whose week is about players, not paperwork.
Franchises & multi-location operators
One league product, every location, taught in a day.
A system simple enough to be taught across the org so every location runs the same league product the same way. Uniform player experience is part of what a franchise sells to its operators, and PicklPass is the operational layer that makes that uniformity actually deliverable, without each location reinventing it.
Consistent programming across every site, without a central ops army.
However your club is structured, PicklPass moves the work off the spreadsheet and onto the courts.
